rehydra products are designed for everyday use and are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Period
rehydra offers a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for eligible manufacturing defects.
Authorised Sellers
This warranty applies only to products purchased from:
- www.rehydra.com.au
- rehydra’s official Amazon store
- Authorised rehydra retailers
Products purchased from unauthorised sellers may not be eligible for warranty support.
What Is Covered
This warranty may cover manufacturing defects, faulty materials or defects that affect normal product use.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents or cosmetic marks
- Damage caused by drops, impact or accidents
- Misuse, neglect or improper care
- Damage from dishwashers where hand washing is recommended
- Damage from bleach, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning
- Lost or stolen products
- Issues caused by unauthorised modifications or replacement parts
Leak Claims
Leak resistance depends on correct assembly, closure and condition of seals and components. We may request photos or video to assess leak-related claims.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, please contact us with:
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video evidence
- Batch or lot number, where available
Assessment & Remedy
We reserve the right to determine whether a defect is covered under warranty and the appropriate remedy.
Where a warranty claim is approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
