Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Australian Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 3–8 business days

Delivery estimates may vary depending on location, carrier capacity and seasonal demand.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected countries. Any customs duties, taxes, import fees or local charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. rehydra is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather events, public holidays, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery and include your order number and photos where relevant.
