Product Information

We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, prices and specifications are accurate. However, product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and production variations.

We may update product details, packaging, colours or specifications at any time without notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel affected orders or provide a refund where necessary.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed when payment is received and your order is confirmed or dispatched.

We may cancel or refuse an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, payment issue or other reasonable concern.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot usually be changed.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather events, public holidays, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our control.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Risk & Ownership

Risk in the products transfers to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product Use & Safety

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with care and safety instructions.

Hot liquids may cause burns. Please use caution, especially around children.

Leak resistance depends on correct assembly and use. We are not responsible for leaks caused by misuse, improper closure, damaged seals or worn components.

Marketplace Orders

If you purchase rehydra products through Amazon or another marketplace, your order may also be subject to that marketplace’s terms, shipping, returns and customer service processes.

Where there is a conflict for a marketplace transaction, the applicable marketplace policy may apply to that transaction.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product names, images, text, designs and graphics are owned by or licensed to rehydra and must not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rehydra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to replacement, repair or refund of the relevant product, as permitted by law.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect once published on our website.
